I'm late on this. These are for March's kit at 3 Scrappy Boys.

I had been waiting for the perfect paper for this picture. ;)

A month's worth of AL Challenges

I hosted the AL challenges at Peek for the month of March. We did one challenge per week.

Week 1, use real flower seeds for the center of your flowers.

Week 2, whimsical stitching.

Week 3, cut a picture in half to make 2.

Week 4, stamp a border around your picture.

I was wrong...

She does need me. She needs me to watch her ("Mommy, wanna watch me pump on the swing...") and take pictures ("...and take pictures?"). Trent needs me to do the same. One door closes, another one opens.

This boy needs a tan! I think I'll cut down on the sunscreen. ;)

Today is the day

that Katrina finally learned how to pump on the swing. Months and months of trying to show her how to do it. It's kind of hard to teach someone how to swing. I looked out the kitchen window and I saw little feet in the air. I didn't yell at her for not having her shoes on, I just decided to take her picture instead. It's kind of bittersweet. I'm happy to see her learn how to do this, but I probably won't hear, "Mommy! Will you push me?"

Much about nothing

I had to get some purple and red Stickles today for a project I was working on. I went to the local stamp store and look what they were selling (besides Stickles):

It really is best to store these upside down so they don't clog the stem. I think she said her father made these. I took the last one, but I asked her if more were being made as I know all of you reading this will want one. They're only $6.50. She stated that her father is making lots more!

So, when did Fat Boy Slim come out with a Greatest Hits cd? Hmmm..well, I guess it was last June. Where was I? Do you ever get a cd and as each song comes on you say, "oh, this is my favorite song"? That's what I do with this cd. Here's one of my favorite songs ;):
